Strong Wi-Fi6 Access Point
AP arrived quickly was was easy to setup with SSIDs on both 2.4 and 5Ghz bands.Very strong performance at short ranges.Only quibble was that the power supply in the box, while 110/220V, was a European 2-pin style. I already had a PoE injector ready to go but this would be a serious demerit otherwise.

Excellent Performance and Smooth Roaming
I have been a satisfied user of TP-Link products, and the TP-Link AC1750 Wireless Access Point has once again impressed me with its outstanding performance and reliability. As a previous owner of the EAP 245, I decided to keep using these Wi-Fi 5 models, and I am delighted with my decision.Firstly, I must note that I received the EAP 265HD v1 version instead of the v2, but it still exceeded my expectations. Setting up the access point was a breeze, thanks to the seamless provisioning and adoption process through the Omada software controller. The controller's analytics feature has proven to be valuable, providing me with useful insights into my network's performance. One of the standout features of this access point is its ability to facilitate smooth multi-AP roaming. I have multiple access points installed in my home, and I have not experienced any noticeable disruptions or drop-offs when moving between different areas. The transition is seamless, allowing me to enjoy uninterrupted connectivity on all my devices. In terms of speed, this access point has consistently delivered impressive results. Even when located approximately 10 meters away with some obstructions in the way, I have achieved speeds consistently exceeding 500Mbps, with a mere 5ms ping. This level of performance is particularly remarkable considering my gigabit fiber-backed network.Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with the TP-Link AC1750 Wireless Access Point. It has proven to be a reliable and high-performing device, surpassing my expectations. The seamless roaming, easy setup through the Omada software controller, and impressive speed capabilities make this access point an excellent choice for anyone seeking a reliable and robust wireless network solution. I highly recommend it.

Check the size!
Having handled commercial wi-fi installs for most of my career, I wanted to integrate wi-fi 6 as part of my home renovation. I have used TP-Link for many years and whilst they have never let me down, they look so much better than other units on the market.I was taken back at how large these are. It seems a bit unnecessary to me with how small components are these days, but this is like hanging a thick dinner plate on the wall. These are big! so may not be for you. - I have high ceilings so they won't look too bad, but I would question these if I had to buy them again, even for a commercial setting.

It's big, Really big
To be fair, I was expecting something smaller, but I guess that is my fault for not reading the dimensions before purchasing. It looks more commercial that a domestic product, but honestly it is a game changer for my home. I had limited wifi upstairs in my house and nothing at the back of the house. I ran a cat7 cable upstairs plugged it in, to a POE hub, connected it to my wifi using the app (not one for the novice unless you thoroughly read the instructions or use a YouTube tutorial), and voiia 480mbps wifi throughout my house. Can rate for tech support as I never needed them.
