To be honest, I wasn't expecting much of this. But this net magnet is very strong, I have clambered through bushes to get to a peg and the net hasn't come off my pack.It takes a sharp tug to remove it when needed.I removed the lanyard/coil because it's not quite long enough for my liking.

Great magnets however the lightweight split rings attached are not fit for purpose. The magnets are so strong that the thin wire split ring separates before the magnet rendering it useless. Requires stronger split rings otherwise great product.

The magnet is very strong in comparison to other competitor offerings. Definitely recommend.

This item is perfect when in the water spinning for bass which is what I got it for. I no longer have to faff about trying to unclip my net to land my catch instead just pull and away it comes ready in an instant.

Magnets are very strong, difficult to pull apart with nothing attached but when you hook a net to it and pull from there it comes off perfectly. When trying to hook it back up behind yourself the magnets are strong enough they find each other easily. 10/10 would recommend

After losing my last net in the river, I decided this net retractor was a requirement this go-round. Solid, durable and a strong magnet that won't give way. This is a reasonably priced must-have. I'd buy it again.
