This stuff works
This stuff is fantastic for pain, I had a major injury 6 years ago and have a hard time moving. I can apply a light layer to problem areas and do work I wouldn’t be able to without it. I have only used the lotion but this lotion combined with the handle and foam applicator that’s a separate item it’s easy to apply to the back and hard to reach spots! Can’t recommend enough! The smell isn’t bad, and the strength is powerful.

Use the Roll On, ,
Aspercreme works, it relieves pain. But if you use the bottled Aspercreme, wear gloves to spread it on where it hurts. Aspercreme will burn if it comes in contact with your eyes. Use Aspercreme Roll On, don’t take a chance getting it in your eyes.Aspercreme does really relieve pain.

A Literal Lifesaver For A Sedentary Body Trying To Get In To Shape
A said in the title, a great addition to my post workouts. Fortunately, as I get in better shape, I can use it a little less often than when I first started. Highly recommended for those slight aches and pains, especially after overdoing exercises or any demanding physical strain.

Good for minor pain
This stuff works -- you need to give it time, not instantaneous. I'm used to prescription lidocaine patches that give heavy-duty pain relief, so it isn't strong enough for me. As far as lotions go, it's great. Sinks in, no greasy residue, a bit of softness.

Very Effective
Aspercreme has a very effective lidocaine content. It eases nerve pain substantially. However, it should not be used over abundantly; that is, use it on one or at most two sections of the body at a time. And with as little lidocaine use, a thin film, as possible.
