Great product and extremely fun to ride.
This buggy attachment is very durable and well made. All of the metal tubing is actually thick and sturdy and all the hardware is good quality. This was surprising and to be honest unexpected as this is the cheapest hoverboard attachment on Amazon. My three year old daughter and I road it untill the hoverboard died and the whole time she had a huge smile and actually got upset when we had to take a break to charge the board. I will say there is a bit of a learning curve as it can be a bit squirrelly but that is not in anyway a negative against this product. My daughter sat on my lap to ride and the buggy handle our combined weight (around 200lbs) without any issue. The only criticism I have is the instructions are a tad vague but with a little common sense I put it together in less the 20 minutes. The company sent multiple extra Velcro straps which from doing some research before purchasing, seems like really the only pieces on these attachments that wear out. They also sent replacement pieces for just about every nut and bolt that's used to build, which is incredibly cool of them. Finally I'm really surprised at the level of customer service I have received from this company. The day it arrived I got on Amazon to leave a review and noticed the price had dropped 15 dollars. I wrote the company and they happily refunded my money to match the sale price and got back to me within an hour of sending the message. If you are on the fence of purchasing, do it, you won't regret it.

Great product & customer service
Bought this attachment for my 9 yr old for Christmas. my son is in love with it. However after two or three uses, the velcro straps broke. I reached out to the manufacturer and they were extremely responsive and were kind enough to send me some replacements. That really goes along way in my opinion, great customer service for sure. overall, the quality of the product is great and extremely durable. It was also easy to assemble. Definitely recommend!

Good structure, REALLY BAD instructions
Seems sturdy... but the instructions are missing full steps for assembly and seriously lacking. Besides that I like the color and seat design. It is definitely made for a tiny ass though. I have extra parts ...which may or may not be extra in case they get lost or theyre just missing from the cart. It would also have been easier if I didn't have to backtrack and and take apart the entire thing to then place all washers and 2 bolts which ended up where I think* they belong. ( I still need to go back and place half of the washers...somewhere, over the rainbow) Where are the padded squares and the flag attachment supposed to go? Please include that too. And do I just duct tape the flag to the random stick? So, here are the missing stepsthat need to be included, please!Step 1. Also Use the 2 random mysterious screws to connect the handle joints to the end of the frame . ( one side won't thread all the way in so hoping I can get someone to muscle it in, or else I get to disassemble the entire dang thing.)Also, I'm guessing you use 4 of the washers when you attach (A) screws to (B) bolts. I'm not sure whether the small or large washers go here orbut maybe I should make jewelry out of the 4 I have unattached. In step 3, you may or may not try to attach the yellow flag holder to the bolts coming out the bottom of the seat?... That's my best guess. And thenduct tape the flag to the sticks provided cause there's no attachment for it. You're almost done- don't jamany sticks into your eyeball. Wooosah.Anyway, now I'm day drinking and I also I assume the rubber washers go under the seat and that the rest of nuts connect to the underside of these bolts under the frame. It kindof seems like they thread into the seat but again, through the power or deduction I am assuming the bolts and maybe the bigger washers go there.I am a semi-handy person. I can utilize basic tools and this was made a pain in the ARSS when it definitely did not need to be.Seriously Evercross, these are the most lacking instructions and content list I think I've ever tried to follow (and I was in the military).Y'ALL NEED TO FIX IT, PLEASE!.

Directions are awful, but it's easy to figure out.
Pro- easy to assembleCon- edges of the velcro strap get rubbed on the ground when turning. I don't know if that's why they give you extras or not, bc there's a few extra pieces in the kit. It's kinda funny.

DO NOT BUY THIS
This product is absolute trash. My kids ordered 2. It was my first time trusting them to read reviews so it's my fault as I wouldn't have ordered in the first place if I had read the reviews myself.Product requires assembly and the instructions are about worthless. The instructions talk about parts that don't exist in the packaging and expect that you assemble things on your own that aren't shown in the instructions. Over half of the hardware included in the packaging isn't even shown in the instructions so no idea where it goes. But that doesn't matter because the product couldn't be assembled anyways. The first step is to attach the handle bars to the "base". The end of the handlebars was completely bent (on all 4 handlebars in the 2 packages). Not the end of the world as I was able to bend them to the correct position with a large channel lock pliers. Once bent into position, over half of the screw holes don't line up between the handle bars and the bases so there's no way to get the bolts through them without re-drilling over half of the holes in the base. At this point, I decided the heck with this garbage and returned it. Thank goodness for Amazon's policies that protect us from garbage purchases like this.

Looks cooler than it is
The seat is really small. I’d say it’s for 8 and under. In order to move forward you have to push both handles almost totally down to your knees. It just doesn’t works well…
