I love this hanging shoe rack, and am still wondering why it took me so long to get my shoes off my closet floor! If I could, I would give it 4.5 stars. It's sturdy and well made, but the spaces are pretty small. I'm a women's size 9 shoe. Flats, flat sandals, flip flops, etc. will fit in one space, but not athletic shoes, heels, or booties. Not a big deal to me since there are plenty of spaces and I'm not a shoe fanatic, but just know that you may have to use two spaces for each pair of shoes.

Had it for less than a month, only half full of shoes and one of the hooks already pulled through and broke :( Due to being busy I missed Amazon’s return policy by 2 days, evidently the company doesn’t think it should last any longer than that? No reply to my request to return

First I had to reinforce the hangings with extra O rings as the ones that come with it will break right through. Second, I wear a size 5-1/2 shoe 2 shoes barely fit in the slots and forget about even fitting boots, I had to use a different hanging shoe tree for them. So far so good otherwise, we will see how long it last, since all the slots are not filled.

I buy my paper towels, toilet paper, and tissues in bulk. I didn’t like how the boxes were disorganized and taking up floor space in my storage closet. Each slot of this shoe organizer fits either: one tissue box, one roll of paper towels, or three rolls of toilet paper perfectly! The paper towels fit a little too snugly to do one next to another, but I offset them with the toilet paper for a perfect fit! Now my storage closet doesn’t look like as much of a mess and gives me more room to store other things. I also like the little side pockets to store random things. I’m not sure how this would hold up against heavy or large shoes (it’s original purpose) but it’s perfect to hold my paper products. I’m very pleased!

Super easy to put together. All you have to do is thread the hooks through the holes on the top, then it opens out like an accordion.I’m using it to store sweaters and it is perfect!I mounted it on a separate rod between my two hanging racks.

I hoped my size 7 shoes would fit in a single compartment as a pair...not so. Other than that, is okay.

Was looking for a good way to organize my tanks and leggings. Most I’ve looked at have large spaces which means too many leggings in one compartment to tell what’s what. This has been the best organizing system I’ve found so far.

This product is not a strong structure, but I’m careful with all that I own. No need to be rough just don’t force anything in the space allowed. Love that my closet has a look of organization.
