Be really careful with the latch, they ROTATE 90° to insert the flat flex cable… unfortunately I discovered this after pulling the latch (like on the RPi) which will break the connector.As such I have not actually tested the cable assembly, but it looks to be very well made; nicely milled board edges, quality connectors with good soldering.

Works great, transfers all 20 wires as separate signals
This works great for my purposes (interfacing with a micro hdmi connector that's carrying a different signal) - just forward it to a bigger full size hdmi where much better breakout selections are available. and it's great that all 20 wires are separately available.

Works as intended. (1080 ONLY)
When it says 1080 only, it means 1080 only. I got this in hopes of lightening the load on my ronin gimbal. I need a lightweight HDMI cable to run from my camera to my Black Magic video assist. I hoped I could get a 4K 30 FPS signal out of this cable but it seems to be a restricted cable. It works as stated in the amazon post. I wish it did come with instructions on how to assemble the connectors (what side is up), but other than this, it works fine.
