Makes sure the contents were not tampered with.
Goes on easily and secures the shipped or mail item. If anyone tampers with the item the receiver of the item will know it. It is impossible to remove without the tampered notice appearing.

Do leave a residue although they say they do not, other than that work fine.

Not sure if it is because black on blue or because it is badly formatted, but these barcodes do not scan.
