I have had a ton of trouble with my stomach over the years. I finally went to a NP who does functional medicine and discovered why. This product helps your body to build up and maintain the mucosa lining in your stomach. I take a powder and it's not always easy for me to remember to take it - so I got this for those days that the powder didn't make it into the line up of supplements! So far I can't tell a difference from when I take the powder or when I take this, my tummy is doing a lot better!

I can’t be without this product! Really helps with eosinophilic esophagitis. I take 2 at dinner and it works. It’s not the recommended dosage but I take adderall and feel like if I take this during the day i feel a little funny so I don’t like to mix.

I have crohns disease. One day, after fighting with my doctor over prescribing me medication for my disease during a flareup, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I got online and searched for over the counter supplements that would help inflammatory bowel disease. I found this supplement and others. After starting these supplements, I have been in REMISSION. I am currently taking NO PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION for my crohns disease. I can't promise its because of this supplement, but I can tell you that from now on I will be taking it regularly.

It really helps me to feel the pump. I am in my 40s, and I still work out like I did when I was 20. I like that I can feel this product doing its thing. I get a crazy pump when working higher reps or heavier weights. To me, it isn't worth working out without taking this first.
