Step 3: Lift the end of the ponytail twist up towards the ceiling. Step 4: Place the bulk of the twisted hair against the back of your head. Fold the end of the ponytail and slide it under the part of the ponytail that's closest to your head. Tuck any stray hairs into the twisted ponytail. Step 5: Holding your hair in place, lay one row of the claw teeth on the left side of your twist and pivot the other the other row to the right side to lock your hair in place. You get what you pay for!
I just broke the last of my favorite claw clips. I bought 3 of them about 10 years ago when you could still find sort of decent claw clips in the drugstores. After I broke the first 2 I had been looking for a replacement and all I found were really junkie cheap claw clips that barely held my hair up. This clip is really well made. It is much better quality than what you find in the drug stores. It looks a lot nicer as well. It has a very strong hinge (would be really good for fine or thin hair) and the hinge is encased with these plastic from the outside which gives the clip a nicer more finished look than drugstore clips. I will definitely buy another. The only downfall is this clip is a bit smaller than I expected. It would definitely not work for thick hair unless you just wanted a half up style. I don't have thick hair or thin hair I would say just average thickness hair and this clip works perfectly to hold my hair out of my face while working around the house or washing my face. This clip is worth the the extra cost for the quality.

I had a hard time finding this size in the store. Perfect size - I have thick - medium length hair - and it holds it all well and in place. Well made product.

It’s comfortable and holds very fine, thin hair
I’ve been searching for a clip that would hold my super fine , thin hair. This clip is perfect! It doesn’t clamp too tight and lays very comfortably against my scalp. I had no problems with shipping, it arrived on time. I’m very happy with this clip I would buy again and I recommend it especially for others with fine hair like me.

Great Hold for Fine Hair
Clips like these are hard to find. I have a full head of long hair, but it's fine and silky. I have been in search of a jaw clip that won't loosen or slip out after a few minutes. This clip does a great job for an all day hold, and it's good quality. I highly recommend it. I say this after trying just about every brand out there sold in the usual retail stores.

Clips tightly and doesn't fall
This is the best hair clip I have ever had. I have straight fine hair and I have tried a million clips. They all start to slip over time or with even minor activity. This grabs all the hair up and stays in place. I hope they keep making them!

Great hair clip!
Strong grip on my hair. Streamlined, simple but classy look. Great clip when you want your hair up without having a lot of loops and plastic protruding from the back of your head. This French clip is well made and should last a long time, but I just bought it so I can't attest to that yet.
