Classic design. Nice quality. Great value. I'm not afraid to drop these. They're sturdy, and if I do break one, I won't have a heart attack.

The mugs were packed very well. Arrived on time. Will order again if needed.

These mugs are perfect! They are comfortable to hold, the perfect size for my coffee, they fit nicely next to each other in the cabinet and they are Dishwasher safe. I love collecting novelty mugs but these are my daily go to mugs!

Although two of twelve were broken, the cost per cup does not warrant the time it takes to do a return. The cups were only about $2.00 per cup. The unbroken cups are very nice. Stuff happens and this is not stuff to worry about. The first set that came yesterday were all fine. I will buy again. This is just for information.

Pros:~ Packaging amazingly protective and compact!~ Mugs are a lovely, elegant shape and color!~ Arrived very quickly with One-Day Prime shipping available!Cons:~ The job feels a bit sloppy with odd small dents in the upper ring and creases on the mug's exterior surface.~ The mugs arrived somewhat dirty and needed a bit more scrubbing than a new mug usually would, at least in my experience.Overall, I wish they felt a bit less sloppy, but I do find the imperfections charming as well! They feel like a great product otherwise with a good bundle value at this price!

Got these for an airbnb I have, good size and quality

I bought these for a chemical friendly home. I had to spend days looking on Amazon to find a higher quality mug, that wouldn't get scratched or leach paint or glaze in your drink in areas touched by the spoon. These have been excellent, even if they are very plain.

I got 8oz coffee mugs instead of 12Oz. My husband tossed the box and washed the mugs. What should I do now? Cups are nice for tea but not good for coffee or hot chocolate.
