Wonderful vacuum to replace your meandering Roomba
The mapping feature and room selection are amazing on this little unit. We've had it for over a year now and I normally do not write reviews but this is an exception. We had a Roomba for years but it always seemed so haphazard in it's pathways and left erratic patterns on the carpet. Once this unit knows your room it actually goes around the perimeter then works back and forth across the room in nice even paths. It has amazing suction on both the tile and carpet and the self empty feature is wonderful. I love the battery life but will admit that about a year after having the unit the battery life started to drop off drastically. I contacted their customer service and was pleased that they to were concerned with this and promptly went to work to supply me with a replacement battery. It took a few weeks to get it but they remained in contact with me the entire time, and even followed up afterwards to make sure that the unit worked well afterwards.. Don't know if I am supposed to mention names but here goes: Connie in customer care is amazing! We also use the mopping feature about once a month on our tile areas and are pleased with the job it does as well.

Amazing for three months and now it is a round, white brick
When we received Robbie in July, a Prime Day purchase. We named him Robbie the Robot, we fell in love. He was fast to learn the layout of the house and eager to do his job every day. Our house is dusty and he handled this with aplomb, no complaints or issues. And no more dust. This was our daily routine for over three months. Why 1 star you ask? Great question, thank you for asking. One Saturday afternoon while out with the children, at the trampoline park, then pizza and ice cream, we ran Robbie for a deep clean. We usually ran in Medium suction mode but today, like most Saturday afternoons, was on High suction. We do it when no one is home so that the noise is not intrusive. What happened? (eats some popcorn) When we arrived home, Robbie sat in the middle of the living room, motionless. I pressed the Home button to no avail. I thought to my self, "Self, he is tired. He needs to be on the charger." So I carried him to his home and gently pressed him against the charger. He flashed his Green light in happiness and the world appeared good. Wait! I've seen this story before. Was something wrong? Yes, something was and is wrong. In the morning, I checked the app and it showed him still in the living room. That felt odd. So I pressed the Start button. Nothing happened. I pressed the Home Button. Nothing happened. I walked over to Robbie. He looked fine. A pulsing green charging light and the app said 100% charge. That was normal. But he was not normal. I pressed his power button and nothing happened. Same with home. Nothing. So I contacted support via the app. No response for over three days. After one day, I had emailed support and got a reply from Connie asking questions. This is an 18 hour delay on messages, no near time or even close time. A day. So here I am a week into the back and forth and they seem to think he is not getting a charge. Yet the app shows 100%. I can move him off the base overnight and the charge goes down. Back to the base and back to 100% after a few hours. Now I fear I have a $450 round, white brick. A shame as we loved it when he worked. Now we mourn his loss. I hope that support will actually make good on their word and support their product. Otherwise, F in the chat.

BUY THIS ONE, IT HAS EVERYTHING you need!
VERY VERY happy with this robot! One of the few that still offers a remote! (When wi-fi, app, electricity, etc is down or other issues, the remote comes in extremely handy)!! Unfortunately when I purchased my first T10, the app was facing a serious issue. It was completely DOWN. My robot didn't work for 3+ weeks! And their district in China was on COVID shutdown... Not easy for any business! After MULTIPLE conversations with support, the app issue wasn't resolved & I wasnt informed it would be up and running within the week, I returned it just days before the app was fixed!! They sent me a new one and asked me to try again and EVERYTHING HAS BEEN AWESOME since the first day, we're in day 39 now! I NEVER would've sent it back if not for the app, especially since I loved this robot! It has so many features that I loved especially the Y and S shape mopping!!! (Y on On mop ONLY setting, S on mop and vacuum)! It appears they've also UPDATED their mop pad & part of it is thicker and has a raised stitched area across the middle of pad that helps get tougher stains much better than a flat pad!! WHAT I do NOT get any of these reviews about poor suctioning!! 3000pa is a LOT of POWER for hard floors & low to mid pile carpeting, that I've had nothing but great results! It emptied itself 4 times on it's first run (my floor was FILTHY & this bad boy find dirt in places you never even knew you had it)! Take care! BUY THIS, you need it! THIS ONE has EACH AND EVERY one of MY requirements on my robot vacuum checklist.... (Enhanced, Y & S mopping, NO VSLAM, (NO THX to a CAMERA rolling throughout my house), REMOTE, (comes in handy when wi-fi or phone interruption, quick, spot clean ups, etc)... Google home, Alexa integration, no go zones, editable maps, etc etc)! And I promise you if you give it 1 time to get to know your house (and to get around the app)... it mapped in my house and it's first run, not multiple times like other, esp VSLAM robots the Coredy still didn't map my house or after 5, yes, FIVE runs))! My T10 did it in 1 auto run!! Their support staff is also amazing! After I sent mine back when the app was down, They gave me a brand new replacement and I accepted... It has worked amazingly since DAY ONE!! AND My review here was NOT in any way biased by the replacement, because I ALREADY LOVED it, it just needed the app fixed!! If anything, it only deepened my loyalty to this company for it's care of it's customers POST SALE!! It is a brand I can believe in and will continue to support in the future given their dedication to customer satisfaction!! Don't hesitate to buy this, unless you're "unpleasable," you will love this vacuum! It had everything on my checklist & hopefully yours too! Take care & be safe & well!

Robot vacuum is great. App is terrible!!
This thing really does a pretty good job. It’s smart and avoids most obstacles. I’ve had a really hard time with the app which is why it isn’t 5 stars. I even considered 3 stars. I’ve been unable to program ‘rooms’ into the app and that’s really frustrating. The ‘area’ programming seems to finally have worked after several tries and it erasing the info I had input. I have yet to try the mop feature but so far I find it to be well made and to have all the features you would want with a higher end model. I love that it’s white! It’s durable and well structured. May be updating this review once I use the mop feature and once they do some work on the phone application. It’s baaaad

Love the Y mopping feature but falls short in suction
I have a love/ hate relationship here and at the end sending back and trying another one. With a new kitten in complete house with wide space tile my main concern were effective mopping and litter pickup. Unfortunately, it’s having trouble with picking up kitty litter. In the app there are several options I’ve tried before having it go clean the whole house, like send it to the area, request clean 2x in a criss cross pattern or spot cleaning, (both options I love from the app) and it still left stuff behind I had to pick up with the broom before the mop went by. It doesn’t have enough suction power to pick up from between tiles, so don’t think the amount quoted is accurate. Have tried 6 different robot vacs and I Love the “Y”mopping function out of all I’ve tried. It just makes so much sense plus being able to control the amount of water output and where it should and shouldn’t mop, is wonderful. Love him mopping! It’s not the best with obstacle avoidance, but great with no go zones. Of the many I tried this was one of the best apps in regards to features and user friendly. I will miss Ulti, but can’t vacuum as well as I’d like! If I could buy 2, I’d keep this as a mopping robot. So my search for the perfect one continues. I love Amazon where we can try things to see if they are what is described or if not you can return/exchange.

customer service
We have had this vac for about one year. It has been doing a very good job especially with a lot of long dog hair. It does need to be cleaned every other time it cleans but that is because of all the dog hair it picks up, I guess that is the point. Recently it died and would not work. I emailed the support team and received a response within a day. They helped me determine that it needed a new battery. They told me they would send me a new battery. Well I thought sure you will, in a few weeks if I'm luckey. To my surprise it came in less than week and now the vac is up and working great again. I am very very happy with the respopnse and help.

Broke after a year and half
Updated 2023: Dropped to 1 star. Vacuum stopped working and I can't fix it. Overall, this lasted a year and half and I couldn't use the app. Not worth the price at all. It kept clogging, no matter how much I cleaned it. Right before it stopped working, it stopped the suction. It would not run the entire route and didn't pick up half the dirt. It's just not worth the price. I had high hopes and I really tried to make it work, but at the end, I can't recommend this to anyone. It's just not worth it. Edit: Dropped another star. I have been noticing the vacuum bag wasn't filled but the light came on to let me know it was time to replace. Turns out, the vacuum had not be filling into the bag, and has been clogging the system between the vacuum and the bag. There is not an easy way to clean this and now I have more dirt and dust everywhere. I think it's been cleaned out and I can start to use it again. Now that I know what to look for, it shouldn't happen again. I really do like this little guy. I like that it can both vacuum and mop, and a lot of other robot vacuums don't have both. I do run out of water halfway through the mopping, but I have an open floor plan, so it's mopping the living room, dining room, foyer, kitchen, and two hallways. That's a lot to ask for a small water tank. I did drop it down a star because of the app. I could not get the app to work and I'm not going to mess around with my router to drop it down to 2.4G to try to connect it. So basically, I have a vacuum/mop that I can only turn on and select the mode and that's it. Without the app, I can't connect to Alexa, or set up specific cleaning zones. So if I need the kitchen only cleaned, I have to turn it on and just let it run through the entire cycle and vacuum everything else until it's ready to get to the kitchen. I could have bought something for half this price and get the exact same thing. But in reality, I wanted something that would vacuum without me having to put in any effort and I have that now. It could be a lot cheaper though.

Good when it works, a hassle otherwise.
We were able to use this vacuum for about 2 full months with a serious learning curve before it officially stopped working. Even while it was functioning at its best, we still had some significant issues. 1. The smart mapping feature took ages to work right. It needs to run through the whole house before allowing you to set rooms, but doesn't always pick the most logical route to maximize battery life. My house has about 1400 sqft to map and it took the little guy over a week to finish that task because it would return to the charger before it could finish. 2. To expand on it not picking the most logical route- this thing would break up small rooms into chunks to vacuum as pieces. Not really a hindrance to it vacuuming well/thoroughly, but I thought it was weird. As a part of the way it encompasses sections to vacuum, it doesn't clear edges and corners as well as some discount robots I've had in the past. 3. The app could be more helpful with alerts/errors. If the vacuum gets stuck or runs over a sock or something, the vacuum talks & an alert pops up right when it happens. The problem is that if you let the vacuum run while you're out of the house, the alert dismisses itself before you're able to know what happened. 4. 2 or 3 times, the map in the app would copy itself and superimpose that copy at an angle sitting on top of the original map (see picture). You can go into the history and reassign old maps, but it was another aspect of the app that felt clunky and confusing. 5. The bags in the autocollect bin maybe hold a month's worth of dust - and they're not the cheapest things to replace that frequently. I wish it were just a bin that you could empty instead of needing single-use items. 6. The most frustrating issue we ran into was that the motor for the roller brush stopped working within 3 months. Communicating with the manufacturer is a bit difficult even though the warranty covers a full year. We were offered a replacement, but never received it. Ultimately, we had to get Amazon customer support to help out. Overall, if you overlook the fact that we had to troubleshoot about once a week to find out why it wasn't working the way it was supposed to, it's a fine vacuum for the time that the motor lasts. We got distracted by the fact it was also a mop and never even took the time to use that feature. I would buy the two separately & pick a more well known manufacturer in the future. Edit: added photo since I forgot the first time
