Silentnight Anti Allergy Double Duvet 7.5 Tog - All Year Round Quilt Duvet Anti-Bacterial and Machine Washable - Double Bed

I brought 2 of these for my children, while the duvet itself feels of good quality and nicely filled the finish is very poor. On one end, of BOTH duvets, they do not line up correctly. It is therefore twisted in one corner. Very annoying!! How unfortunate this has happened with both the duvets I ordered.

Overall a good quality product. However I ordered a superking duvet to fit a superking duvet cover but it’s several inches too small. The packaging says superking but it is more like a king sized that barely covers my superking sized bed. After measuring it I realised it is only 210cm approx in width which is far too small for a superking. As I have used it I’m having to go out now and buy another superking duvet only 2 weeks later so my duvet cover doesn’t look ridiculous on the bed and I actually have a quilt to cover me properly. From a reputable brand I expected much better.

Low quality product. As you can see from the picture, the filling started coming out after a couple months of use. Better pay a bit more and get a superior quality product.

I've given this a couple of stars as I'm sure it would be a good quilt if it didn't have a cheap and nasty outer cover.I had bought a Winter Warm duvet by Silent night and the 80/20% polyester cotton cover was shiny, slippery and just awful. This one is described as having a microfibre cover which is what is on my summer and winter Silentnight duvets. When it arrived I had a peek inside and the cover is shiny polyester cotton. On the bag a label has been stuck over the original print (microfibre cover) to say it's polyester cotton.This is what it says on the product page but it is NOT what I was sent. I am very unhappy about it."The 7.5 tog anti-allergy duvet is ideal for warmer summer months and is encased in a soft microfibre cover to keep you relaxed and comfortable throughout the night."

I chose this rating due to the season my previous duvet was too hot at 13 tog. This is ideal for the summer.
