Q: Can the keyboard tray be pushed inside when not in use?

I’m afraid not- it’s in a fixed position and does not slide.

Q: Can’t find instructions. Anyone know where I can download them?

Why do you need instructions? It comes fully assembled and is operated by a single level to raise or lower the desk.

Q: Is it worth its money? Easy to assemble? Can I (169 cms tall) look straight at the monitor (rather than down) when it's placed on the top tray?

Hi, I would say worth the money and not difficult to assemble. I am 1.8m tall and can set my 28” monitor that my eyeline is level with the top of the screen with some adjustment still available.

Q: Is it possible to drill your own hole for the monitor mount as the predrilled isnt suitable?

You need to ask the manufacturer about that, however, I cannot see why a hole would be needed as the monitor simply stands on the top, nothing else is needed..
