Saved my computer, so far!
Great working unit! It arrived in one day and slotted in to my PC Build from 2017. Computer powered on and fixed my problem. Couldn't be happier! Since my system is older, the older molex connectors came in handy to power the RGB Fans. That was a nice touch. This system is not a power house, but it will allow me to upgrade my graphics card with an 8 pin power card. Plenty of power to run my system as it is. Probably last another 5 years which is fine by me.Here's the story: 2 weeks ago we had a pretty bad storm and I heard thunder and lightning all night. The next day I was using my desktop computer and all of the sudden it shut itself off. I had to reset the power supply switch before the computer would turn back on. The computer booted and I resumed working. The same thing happened for the next 2 weeks, at least every day or two. Then yesterday I went to start it and the computer wouldn't even power on. I suspected the power supply was the issue. Since replacing it's all back to good, so far! :D

EVGA 100-W1-0600-K1 PSU: I would buy it again!
This EVGA 600W PSU replaced the ULTRA 550W unit that at some point has just stopped turning on.For this replacement, I have expected nothing less than an excellence from such a reputed brand. And it have entirely met my expectations so far - for the quality and solid build, and not the least for its super quiet operation. The installation gave no issues as it has all the standard connectors. So, I love it and recommend to others almost without the reservations, but one : I really miss with the traditional multi-colored wires with this device.Of course, it is important only for advanced users, who need to check some particular voltages on connectors, e.g. on the 24 pin one. This PSU wires are all black and they are grouped in “flat” cables. Honestly, I didn’t find any advantage or disadvantage of it.The only remaining question is this PSU durability. My previous ULTRA served on desktop PC with the liquid cooler for about 7 years. Will EVGA be able to work the same long or longer? To be seen.

Best value for the money
Used it to replace the existing dead power supply unit on my desktop. Unit came with all the necessary parts and connectors. It easily fit in and got it up and running in minutes. Runs smoothly, quietly, with no observable power line noise

Perfectamente recomendado

All wiring is black
The power supply seems fine, but what I don't like is that the wiring is not color coded. I specifically bought this unit because the Amazon image showed color-coded wire cables. Yes, I can look up the cable pinouts, but for the project I'm doing, I need color-coded wires. Big disappointment.

Dropped Right In To My PC
This was an exact replacement for a few years old Power Spec computer. Everything about it was perfect. I got six years of 24/7 use out of the previous EVGA power supply. Couple of minor changes over the past six years. All the wiring is now black. It certainly was not necessary to have the colors, and the black blends in nicely for those of you with lights inside your computer and windows to look. The connectors with fewer conductors are now a ribbon cable, all black. The cable for the mother board is made up of individual cables, and is sleeved. EVGA is a good manufacturer, and I was pleased to order another after years of good service. And the price is very reasonable. The PC power supply I bought, 15 years ago, was $35. I was expecting a hundred or more, but EVGA isn't gouging, and I appreciate that.

who keeps flagging a positive review?
This is my third attempt at reviewing this PSU. It's a positive review but keeps getting flagged....do they want a negative review maybe?? IDK. Anyway, here goes again. I've had this psu for awhile. The voltages are smooth and not very spikey...voltage spikes. Neither does the voltages dip below the 12, 5 and 3.3 volt circuits...as some do and cause instability within the system. Now please, don't flag this review I'm not writing it again.
