Q: How much does this 1 package make?

I have a bag now. I took about half out the first time, and it made 3 Mason jars full. I took out less yesterday, because I didn't want 3 jars full again, just 1 jar. I'm going to guess 1 package makes 6 or 7 jars.

Q: How long do I have to use the packaged, dried see moss once purchased? Is there a "use by" recommendation?

It is good for up to 2 years as long as the dried sea moss stays in its dry form. Once soaked and made into sea moss gel, it will last about 3-4 weeks in the fridge.

Q: There's nothing on the bag that says it is certified organic, only the brand name has "organic" in it which is misleading. Can someone confirm?

You can tell if its organic or not based on where it's from. Our sea moss is from ST. Lucia. If it's not organic it will say lab grown sea moss from some state in the US.
