Quality zester at a great price
I've been wanting a zester for ever. Using a knife or the zest side of my veggie grater just wasn't time efficient and sorta messy. I was offered the Yuntong 8inch blade Zester to try for a review. It came is is REALLY nice!! It's a bit heavier and sturdier than the ones I had been looking at in the big box stores. It's got a non slip handle which makes it more stable in your hands while grating. You'd be surprised at how many I looked at with just a plain plastic handle. The grate section is made with heavy stainless steel and is SHARP!! Watch your fingers and knuckles!!! It does come with a plastic cover for safe storage.It states it is for multi use so I thought I'd try a few things. I've used it for hard cheese, citrus rinds, chocolate and even tried the nutmeg on it. It cuts through them all easily.Over all I am very pleased with this grater.
