I'm a journeyman carpenter. Regularly use pencils and sharpies to mark steel framing, drywall, masonry, etc, and this thing really proved itself to me today setting trusses in the snow on a rainy day. Up till now (about a week after receiving) I've only used it on interior applications, which it did well, but today it exceeded my expectations. I was pulling my tape and making marks through beads of water on bright steel with this thing with zero issues. Would highly recommend to any tradesman.

Disappointed.
Very expensive for what is essentially a wax crayon, I bought the yellow pencil and its not really as clear as I hoped it would be also too soft so wears out pretty quickly.
