Within a half hour of receiving the statue of St Joseph yesterday, our realtor called to set up a showing, and, in less than 24 upon burying the statue in our front yard upside down facing our front door (before the showing) and saying a prayer together to St Joseph, we received a full price offer (with zero closing costs requested) - and the buyer had already scheduled the inspection for the following morning. Pretty incredible...

This St Joseph home sale kit is a very good value and the statue itself is really nice. I was pleasantly surprised due to the cost of the kit. I will be ordering from this seller again.

Did St. Joseph help sell my home in 5 days and $$ over asking? Well, I think so... I even got one for a relative who was selling their home. St. Joseph is now prominently positioned in my new temporary home. Great little statue and heartfelt prayer included. Highly recommend.

OK, I never give reviews, but I have to on this-it worked for us not once, but twice! Raised a superstitious Irish Catholic, I thought I would give St. Joseph a try. We are relocating, and we put both our house and little cabin up for sale. Buried them per box recommendations and online suggestions. Our house had an offer in less week, where other houses in our neighborhood take 8 months to a year to sell. Thought our cabin would even take longer, so remotely located. But that sold within 2 weeks! Unbelievable luck! They are going in places of honor at our new home as suggested.

Arrived quickly and is a nice statue. I thought it would be a cheap plastic one, but it isn't. And the prayer card is lovely. St Joseph buried right now by my 4 sale sign. House has been on the market for 4 days and I'm getting alot of viewings. I believe I'll sell soon.

well, what can I say? I believed, prayed and sold my house within 30 days. Of course, I prepped my house for sale by making it immaculate, giving it great curb appeal and pricing it right. I think it ALL worked.
