My girls (9 and 3) love the entire Color Reveal line, so we've gotten almost all of the series of these. This one is different because it's not the typical water reveal, it's foam. To do this, you place the doll ( a pretty blue paint), put her in the tube and put the liquid packet into the jar. Instead of the paint just falling off as usual in water, you cap and shake this vigorously until the foam forms. Then you dump the doll and foam into the plastic watermelon tub. The foam itself is scented, not the doll. The foam is sticky so expect a mess and have paper towels ready.What I love about this series is that you know which doll you're getting when you buy it. My girls didn't know which one, but I did. When you spend $15 on the other Color Reveal tubes and then get one you don't want, it's a bummer, so at least with these you know who you're getting. You get lots of surprises with this, including a pet dolphin, a cheap charm bracelet (they could've done better with that), a dress, shoes, a top and skirt, a blanket, a palm tree with kinetic sand, etc. They had a ball doing this and then they can take the doll in the tub or pool. The dolls have molded on suits and are hollow plastic, not super high quality doll here. With the sponge and cold water you can reveal streaks in her ponytail, a palm tree on her suit, and her makeup. The mold of her face is really pretty as well and they loved the colors. Overall, the funnest part is the reveal, and the foam is one time only, then she's just a doll they can play with. I think this is more worth about $20-24, not $30, but you're paying for all the accessories.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas, and she loved it. Nice selection of toys. It's nice to see what kind of doll you are going to get beforehand.

The idea of this doll is super,but it is looks very cheap. The eyes are uneven, the clothes are not sewn very neatly, plus why so much packaging? The manufacturer does not care about the environment at all.

I asked my 8 year old granddaughter what I should get little sister for her birthday. She grabbed my phone, opened Amazon app and put this in my cart. Told me there weren’t many left so I should order right away 😂
