The speakers are low quality and very low definition sound. The screen is extremely fragile and prone to scratch with anything. The screen cover should be placed immediately, in fact it should come installed; for if it is a gift to a teenager it will scratch minutes before installing the cover. It has to be carried in a good protecting case, any minimal bump will affect screen. Our endured two months and a new screen costs more than its price altogether.

This tablet has been far more durable than the LePan/Matsunichi's I have purchased in the past that died just after the 30 day return periods expired. Yes the screen is easily scratched, but I keep it in a suede-lined case and only wipe it clean with an optical-quality microfiber cloth. For my casual use it's been a good value. I have no need for a more expensive tablet. If this one stopped working tomorrow I would feel very little financial loss. It has served me well so far.Update 3/19/2018: Charger connection is now failing...have to giggle it a bit to work. Still, for the price it's been okay. If you're thinking of buying one of these, durability is likely to be an issue.

Just like others I found the following: its fast, has a vivid screen, very usable, WiFi works well... 5 starBUT, the touch screen itself IS PLASTIC!! 2 star...you WILL scratch it if you do not puton a GOOD screen protector! NOT the one that comes with it.Get a MR. Sheild for galaxy tab 10.1 protector, you will have to trim it butworks great and no scratching!!Also the actual screen size is 9.5" NOT 10"!!!But that's why I gave it 3 starsOver all a good bargin though!!

Horrible. I'm only giving this 1 star because I can't go any lower. Everything on this was set to China, and couldn't be changed. Social media apps couldn't be downloaded. I had to use APK files from searching on Google. Within just a month of having it, the screen started having issues. I went to bed with it okay, and the next day the screen was literally operating backwards. It's not actually 64gb with 4gb ram. That's a lie. You're lucky if you can get 5 good apps installed. This tablet is a waste of money. Save your money and spend it on something more worthwhile and credible. It'd be better you just bought an Amazon tablet for the same price. This thing is a useless piece of junk.

IT WILL NOT EVEN CONNECT TO A 3G tower!Only 2G EDGE!!!!!!!!!!!Total scam artists!Looking directly into the system specs is is only a 2g and 3g wifi P.O.S.Will not connect to our T-Mobile GSM 4G Sim card which we just pulled fromanother tablet... We notified Amazon and sent them photos of the true specs of thisboat anchor and they are looking into pulling it from being sold with them!

This tablet was ok while it lasted, but it has died after only seven months. Skype never worked well, the screen was always perpendicular to normal and there was no way to change it. Internet surfing and video watching was good. Battery drained even though it was not being actively used, probably the WiFi was the cause. Chinese manufacturer, no website I could fine; so I'm not sure if there is a warranty or not. Spend a few more bucks and get something that is more reliable.

This is generally a good tablet for the price. Responsive and quick.However this tablet has *ABSOLUTELY* *NO* *SUPPORT*.You don't even get a manufacturers URL. Nothing.
