Q: Do you dilute in spray bottle with water ?

No, I used my straight from the bottle, and I really liked the results I got, no wrinkles and it was not stiff like I used a lot of regular spray starch. This will not clog your iron or leave any flakes behind.

Q: why did one person get stains?

staining occurs when too much product is applied in one coat. Use very light coats. I never use more than two.

Q: I did not get a spray nozzle with my order? Does it not come with one? The picture shows one?

I didn't get one with it, I contacted customer service and they said I could return it. It should have come with the spray nozzle as it is pictured.

Q: How do I buy my own spray nozzle?

The 16 oz has a sprayer!! I buy this by the gal! But I had bought the 16 oz, so I just keep filling the 16 oz bottle!!
