the pump doesn't spray, can't use the product
I received this yesterday and the bottle doesn't even spray. How am I supposed to use it. Not very happy at this moment, how do I return it?

Smellls AWFUL and my dog acted sick from it BUT seller did make it right with a full refund
UPDATE: The seller did reach out to me and offer me a full refund. My dog is super sensitive to OTC medications so I do want to add that to my review as other animals may not have any kind of reaction. I do stand by the smell being so bad, but I am also sensitive to smells and get bothered very easily by them. So, please take those into consideration when deciding whether this product is for your pet or not. Obviously the seller cares about their reviews and is trying to make it right with the refund and also by showing empathy for it not working on my dog.Oh my gosh, this stuff smells SO BAD! The directions say to spray 2-3 sprays into your hand then rub on your dog's ears, belly, and affected areas. The stench lasted hours, too! I even considered giving my dog a bath to wash off the bad smell, but I wanted to see how he reacted. He actually acted sick after I put it on him. He laid around and seemed really unhappy. I will never use this product again. It was disgusting. Plus, it never really dried. Whenever my kids or I pet him the rest of the evening, it would come off on our hands and we had to wash them over and over. I don't know how this product sells!I did receive this product at a discount in order for an honest review.

I purchased this product because I have an older dog who struggle to go up and down stairs. He has been struggling for the last couple of years. I am looking for a product that will help my dog not have as much pain. My initial thoughts are:Pros-Easy to apply, instructions are clear and direct, the manufacture provides contact information for any questions, the product has a pleasant smell.Cons-The product is lingering on my hands. After three hand washes, I can still smell the spray, luckily it doesn’t smell bad.Overall, it seems like a good product. This is definitely worth the try. I did purchase this product with a discount code.
