Very impressed by quality and durability.No warping under broiler, cleans surprising easily.

I hate having a logo stamped on the cooking surface of aluminum sheets and pans - left behind oils can polymerize in those areas and make cleaning them even harder. So I asked "The Community" about these, because I wanted something to replace my old Nordic sheets. Nordic stamps theirs now and I won't buy them. I was assured by the community that these were only stamped on the backside.NO ONE MENTIONED THAT THE STAMP WAS SO DEEP THAT IT COULD BE CLEARLY SEEN ON THE FLIPSIDE.🤦‍♀️Also, the size they say on the product page doesn't match the size on the pan. Most pans have two sets of measurements for top rim and cooking area. Not even sure what caused this discrepancy. Granted, it isn't a big deal unless you are working with a small toaster oven or something.And the last reason I'm displeased is that they say these are 18g, but they have more middle-of-the-sheet flex than my Nordic 18g HALF sheet (much bigger surface area) and the smaller Fat Daddio flexes like a wanna-be youtube rapper...So I am returning these. And will be leery of product endorsements from BraveTart in the future, as that is why I decided on these sheets - BraveTart of SeriousEats can't say enough good stuff about the Fat Daddio brand.So now I'm back looking for a heavy gauge sheet that meets my picky approval. If anyone knows of good sheet pans with no cooking-surface logos, leave a comment, won't you please?

Perfect small pans that are great quality. These are the kind of pans that if maintained well will last a lifetime. Perfect size for some baking projects and also fit in my toaster oven. Very sturdy and easy to clean. This brand is known for quality baking pans.

Good product, I threw my steel sheet pans out due to rusting. Aluminum will last a long time. The quarter sheet pan fits in my counter top convection oven.

What’s not to like about Fat Daddios pans? It’s superb quality. I bake a lot and all my pans and cookie pans are this line. It bakes even every time. Cleans well. Love! Highly recommend it.
