Amazing pot, i used to make chicken stock. Can't attest to it's durability yet but I'm impressed so far!

I just received this pot and I'm quite pleased with it. It's the right size and beautiful, shiny, thick stainless steel with a transparent, sturdy lid. The features are exactly as described. I can't wait to cook with it.

Used this brand new nutrichef 6qt pot for the first time today on a new induction cooktop. Sadly, after boiling a pot of water for pasta, the bottom looks all marked up. The unstained pot is a zwilling pot I used to also boil water at the same time for a different type of pasta.>>>Edit: after going online and doing some research, the white marks are pits caused by the rock salt I put in the pot when the water was cold. I should've waited until water was boiling to add the salt. The brownish stains are heat tints due to high temperature and these did come off with bar keeper's friend. I'm still disappointed that this pot reacted this way while my zwilling did not.

I’ve had family over every day for a week and I usd this pot for almost everything. It’s great for soups, chillies, stews and pasta. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again

J’ai acheté cette marmite 8 gallon pour faire des soupes, sauces, ragoût, etc…bon rapport qualité-prix, léger, fond épais et facile a nettoyer.
