The clip will not say in place as the clip only has one pressure point.

While the product is impressive looking the tie clasp only has one pressure point at the center which allows the entire clasp to move up or down therefore nullifying the point of wearing a clasp. I'd rather have a tie-tack. The cufflinks are nice but the clasp is worthless.
