It seems to be a great product, durable, and well made. The instructions could be a bit better. Make sure to watch the installation video on YouTube. Especially the windshield part. I had to loosen my windshield bolts to get the one bungie to fit through. The bad reviews are complaints that it’s too small. It’s not, these are designed for a tight fit to reduce flapping from the wind. It might be tough at first trying to stretch the bungies for initial install. It’ll expand from the sun with time.Im a tall guy(6’4”) you’ll lose an inch or two from the factory top. See in my picture that my head is hitting it. That is the challenge for me. The bungies might become over stretched through time, but that’ll happen with all of the competitive brands too. If you under 6’0 and under I would buy this product. Good luck and happy Jeeping!

I took a chance on this item as it was cheaper than the competing item sold on amazon. I did not buy both so I cannot give you a comparison to the competing item. I am happy with the quality of the item and it claims a 10 year warranty on the shade itself and 3 year warranty on the bungee cords. I installed on my JLU Wrangler with the sky one touch power top. They provide you with a folded piece of paper to use as a tool and help you thread the front bungee cords between the roll bar and windshield without having to unbolt your windshield. I had to make my own "tool" with a folded piece of packing tap in order to thread the bungee cords on the side roll bars between the sky one touch power top roof - it is a very tight fit. Although they have a diagram of which bungee cord lengths to install where on the roof bar, because of my sky power top roof, I had to change the location of some of the bungee cords to accommodate. The bungees create good tension on the shades and this is what makes installing the most difficult - pulling hard on the bungee cords to create the tension. I am 5'6" and I drive with the seat in the lowest position and with the shades in place I do feel they are close to my head. I can imagine taller people possible grazing their head on the shade unless they drive with the seat reclined some. It definitely cuts down heat from the sun and also wind for the backseat passengers. My kids riding in the back hate how the wind beats them when top is open and now with the shades the reduction is wind is noticeable for them.Update: I have notice other reviews commenting on the bungees being too short. To me they are the right size. If longer, they would not create enough tension on the shade and you would have looser shade flopping more in the wind. Seems like the bungee cord people have the most trouble with are for the center on the large rollbar between the front and rear opening. I attached a picture as a work around. Use the 2 bungee cords (one meant for the front shade and one meant for the rear shade) in conjunction with each other instead of trying to stretch a single cord around the large roll bar. Hope the picture helps you understand what I mean.

The product fits as advertised. I read the reviews as the bungees said didn’t fit it just took a little finagling to get all the bungees right if you’re doing it yourself it’s going to be a lot harder . we had two people put it together and made it a lot easier but if you do follow the instructions the fit is perfect there are tiny gaps in between the rollbar and the shade itself which I could see letting in a little bit of sun but overall the shades fit perfect on a 2020 JL Unlimited Rubicon

Great value and durability. Install is a little tough on the front 4 loops around the top of the windshield. Instead of using paper as recommended to feed the loops between the (very small) frame and the windshield gap, use some electrical tape. Where it calls for paper, Double a 24” length over on itself through the elastic loop to make the tape it stick to itself. This will give you a thin, flexible and durable 12” feeder “tail” to fish through that little windshield gap. Then, when you’ve brought it around and fastened the elastic loop to the “hook” on the inside of the shade, a quick little trim with a scissor will easily release the electrical tape and you’re all set!

I received the package and the quality of the product looks very nice. Comes with a nice carry case and pouch to store all the bungees when you are not using the cover. The Instructions that shipped with the unit are horrible and totally useless. The photos of the product installed on the Amazon listing were better help. There is a post on Amazon that was helpful as well. The issues is the 13" bungee will not connect around the center bar. I tried it without connecting to the cover and the ends will not connect no matter how hard you pull. For this I am having to return the product as it does not work as described. This has been a total waste of my time and effort.
