The quick starting guide in symbol language is confusing at first glance, but then easy to understand and follow. Pairing went without a hitch, and so far, I did not have any connection dropouts. The outer part feels okay, the two sides are well balanced because of a counterweight to the controls on the other side, the hooks keep them in place, and measuring the heartbeat works, with results comparable to what my Fitbit says. Nonetheless, I am not happy with these headphones.- the in-ear part hurts after only a few minutes, something I experienced with no other wireless in-ear headphones, and I have tried a few- the sound is tinny, despite playing around with the app, not the full, pleasant sound I would expect from this brand and for this price- the controls are so near the head that you can't see the symbols, meaning it is quite a fumble to use them and find the right button, which is much too complicated to do while, for example, being on a run.So, all in all, this product does not fulfil my expectations or needs at all.

J'ai acheté ce produit et je suis déçu de la marque.Après l'avoir mis en marche on peut écouter les médias avec différents modes de son avec une qualité acceptable mais pas supérieur par rapport au prix, mais il est impossible d'entendre des appels. J'ai contacté sàv philips ils m'ont conseillé de le changer. Donc j'ai fait une demande de remplacement auprès d'Amazon et j'ai eu sans problème un deuxième, mais exactement le même problème et rajouter à ça un problème du son qui coupe constamment. En effet très déçu j'ai contacté philips et ils sont navrés sans avoir une solution donc j'ai fait cette fois une demande de remboursement qui est accepté sans problème par Amazon. Si je dois donner un point positif d'écouteur est sa fonction de cardio qui est sympa sinon je suis déçu de la marque.

Die Kopfhörer sind sehr angenehm zu tragen, und auch die Handhabung mit dem Bluetooth ist sehr einfach. Jedoch hat das Telefonieren leider nie funktioniert. Ich höre nichts und man hört mich auch nichts. Musik hingegen kann ich damit hören, was ich also nicht verstehen kann. Ich werde das Produkt wegen Mangel zurückgeben müssen und mich dann umorierentieren. Für das Geld schon enttäuschend...
