This is an interesting supplement. It has well studied, high quality ingredients such as niacin, apigenin, TMG, resveratrol, pterostilbene, mustard and broccoli extract, magnesium, and vitamin K.The only NAD+ booster in this is niacin. I would have preferred if it included something like NR, but niacin still seems to be effective and has plenty of research behind it.The broccoli extract dosage is good and it seems to be a high quality extract. Overall this is an interesting blend of sirt boosters other ingredients.I'm not sure this would be my first choice for a longevity supplement, but if you're looking for a resveratrol + pterostilbene + broccoli extract supplement combo, this is a great choice.

Bottle arrived safety sealed and the capsules are easy to swallow. I did not experience any negative effects. It does increase energy and seems to promote mental clarity. I have no comaknts and definitely reccomend.

When I first opened this supplement, I was very surprised at the strong bad smell, so be prepared. I looked at the ingredients and don't have a clue why it smells this way, though there are some ingredients that I'm not familiar with.. I mentioned it to a couple of my friends and both of them made faces when they smelled it and said it smelled really bad to them. I was concerned that maybe the product was made incorrectly.I have been taking one capsule a day for 10 days after letting it air out so it has less odor. I don't notice anything yet. I'm hesitant to take the recommended 3 capsules a day based on my concern about why it would smell the way it does.

These are a standard-size capsule. Easy to swallow. They have a lot of the anti-aging ingredients that I have been looking for combined into one capsule. You do have to take 3 a day which makes the jar size bigger than it actually is (in terms of the number of days it will last you). Hard to ascertain actual results as these are preventative and only a long-term use/study would verify that. Gave it 1 star for "pain relief" because these are designed to relieve any pain

I have not had any bad side effects from this at all, other than it makes me sleepy because it has apigenin in it, but I do want to warn you that it stinks. I have to make it a point not to smell or sniff when I take it just hold it far away and get it out of the bottle and take it. It smells like the worst of broccoli.Luckily I can't taste it. There's no bad burps or anything so once it's down I don't have to worry about it - it's just really a bad smell coming out of the bottle.The pill size is average gel cap. It's not hard to swallow unless you smell it first.

The two manufactures I used to get an MN are unable to keep it in stock, so I’m trying this supplement by Sun Nutritionals. This bottle will last 30 days and supports in similar ways to what NMN is marketed for my husband and I just feel better. Overall when we take something like this serving size is three capsules per day and I like that this has a black pepper extract to help with absorption. This is gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan, and manufactured in the USA.

I have to say that I am not really sure on this item and after looking it over better...I don't think that i am going to take it. For one it require you to take three a day...this is allot to take for a supplement that I have questions about it's worth. I take nad+ precursors and before that the NAD+ supplements and have noticed a real difference in energy levels and stamina..but this has neither in it and though the niacin shows some promise of increasing your body's NAD+ levels, niacin can be upsetting and toxic in large doses and can effect other medications and supplements. I think that I am not going to bother with this one.
