Week not as described
So weak And the pieces in the box is not as described on the box! Cant fix it and cant make it stand .. poor quality .. waste of money

Very disappointed with the product as the parts are not matching/fitting each other for assembly.
The parts come along with the product are not matching like the holes of the shelf not fitting with the pipes and one shelf have defect not smooth hole.Very disappointed with the product, I wish I can return but already tried to fix the assembly and damaged.

Unreliable
Not sturdy and spring mechanism is faulty. I have been trying to fix it couple of times but it drops because it is not pushing enough on the ceiling with that spring. The cost of the item is very expensive versus the quality it will give.

Cannot stay standing upright
WASTE OF MONEY. ITS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO STAY UPRIGHT. IT DROPPED TOGETHER WITH MY SHAMPOOS AND ALL AMD NEARLY BROKE SOME.

Impossible to assemble
The picture on the box has nothing to do with the items inside, its impossible to assemble! Very useless
