Royal Massage Zen Universal Adjustable Massage Table Face Cradle Assembly - Black

Got this one as a replacement for the previous one that broke. My patient had reached through the face cradle to grab his phone and completely broke the old one's plastic arm. So needed one with next day shipping, and this one fit the bill. It wasn't too expensive and it wasn't the cheapest one either. Came in the next day, just as promised and so far is very adjustable.I work as a busy acupuncturist and have patients laying prone or faced down to work on their backs, and need this to do the job. With the addition of a brand new cushion, and this cradle, I'm back in business and nobody has complained yet. I'm waiting, perhaps one might complain of having a stiff locking mechanism, but so far they haven't made it in yet.

I purchased this as a backup/replacement for another aluminum face cradle that came with my table that had become unstable. I was worried about compatibility and quality because a lot of reviews on this type item seem to be hit and miss. I have used this one several times now and it fits perfect and is very secure and stable! Very happy with the purchase!

I broke the cheap original face cradle that came with my table (which is less than 2 years old), so I ordered this one thinking it would do the trick. It is a great quality face cradle, & I really wish I could use it, but it will not fit my table! The posts are too thick & will not fit inside the holes no matter how hard you try. I like the face cradle & decided to keep it in case I can use it later with my back-up table, but if you have an NRG and are wondering if this will fit, you're better off just contacting the manufacturer.

This face cradle is sturdy, and it fits perfect in our massage tables. Easy to adjust!

I had just purchased my massage table and the headrest that came with it broke within the first month. I ordered this one as a replacement and was happy to find that it was much better quality than the one that had originally came with the table. The item is sturdier all the way around.

I bought a "one touch massage table" about ten years ago. The pole inserts for the headrest we're made of plastic and one of them broke. The one I purchased the inserts are made of metal. It fit perfectly and adjusts easily. Nice upgrade for my table.

The design is bad is because it is held together by a long screw that can be completely unscrewed. Most facecradle rests are designed or you cannot unscrew them. It continues to be a bad design because once the long screw is unscrewed you cannot reassemble it because at the attachment point there is a movable base that it screws into. Meaning the attachment point goes back and forth and it's just absolutely impossible to put this thing back together. I had this for a total of 7 days and use this about 15 times before it broke. Luckily it broke while my client was not up on the table and I was setting up for my next client. Don't waste your time or money.
