Q: Has anyone used this with Microsoft Flight Simulator?

I have not tried it with MS Flight Simulator, but have used it with DCS World, Star Citizen, and Elite Dangerous. The device does not have its own configuration software, so you have to map the controls in game to it. It acts more like a generic button box and joystick. The joystick is not great for flight control, but if you are not doing any dog fighting in sims, then it will do in a pinch.

Q: is there a way to make it work with xbox one?

I hope all is well! Based on my research, this model, the "Logitech G Farm Sim Vehicle Side Panel," does not work with the Xbox One. That being said, there are other Logitech G accessories that are compatible with the Xbox One.

The buttons are not illuminated. I have not tried the panel with flight simulator, but I have to imagine the buttons could be mapped for it.
