Interactive Notebook: Earth & Space Science, Grades 5 - 8

This workbook is great for teaching Earth Science concepts. I am a science teacher and use it in my curriculum. I use it for log book entries to use for notes, quizzes and exams.

Love this book. Very easy to follow directions. Informative and give the kids lots of interactive tasks.

First I would like to address the reviews I read that it's not a curriculum. It's not I use these books as a base to build a curriculum for my children that I homeschool. The information in them is a bit more basic than I teach, but it's a GREAT starting point. It touches on all the topics that a standard classroom would go over. I use it to help me order and write a science curriculum, and even use the work and note aids in it in for my children. It is exactly what it claims to be. An interactive notebook. Designed to be cut and glued in sections into the notebook being used for that class. It provides highlights on important information and is an excellent starting point for parents writing their own curriculum.

Delayed getting here (thanks covid), but worth the wait!

There are some great mini-lessons in here! I bought this thinking it would be more like a curriculum, but it is more of a supplement to a curriculum. Either way, there are great lessons in here. If you use it the way it's designed, make sure you have an empty notebook handy for the project!
