This was an excellent price, and I love the simple design. It's light weight for summer but warm enough. It launders nicely and the part I really like is that it's a spread, not a quilt. I am older and do not like using dust ruffles, like the look but they are difficult to put on and when needing to be washed the whole process is tiring. So, with this spread, I get that look of country and the spread covers the side rails of the bed, so nice to see when bed is made. So glad I purchased this bedspread.

This pin tucked bedspread with floor length ruffle and 2 matching ruffled and pin tucked shams is one of the best bed linens I’ve purchased. Soft, lightweight, and the Lake Blue color is so calming. The pin tucked squishy crinkled look in has a very vintage French vibe which I love. Making the bed is quick & easy. I just pull up a flat sheet, then a light blanket, then a thin blush pink comforter, ending with this romantic bedspread for the perfect layered bed. I place the pretty shams in front of my sleeping pillows with satin pillow cases and it all makes the room look so pretty. This bedspread easily drapes over the other layers & hangs all the way to the floor beautifully. Genius design. Looks like a long dust ruffle minus the hassle and I’ve gotten so many compliments. It is the most comfortable bedspread/lightweight comforter I’ve ever had—soft and easy to snuggle down in. It is light yet warm and cool at the same time. The top of the spread is a little thicker and the sides are more like sheet thickness sewn in close gathers to create the ruffle. The top keeps me comfortably warm in winter with my fan on. And in the summer if I get too warm, I’ll simply remove one of the layers underneath. I haven’t washed it yet but expect it to be fine on the delicate cycle. Quality is great for the price. I’m not a “bed maker” but with this, it’s quick & easy. I plan to buy another set if it comes in a complimentary color, like sea glass green. Buy it!
