I use liquid IV for my POTS. I’ve tried other similar products, but this is always the one I come back to. It works very well to help keep me hydrated(I hold onto the water I drink better), gives me added electrolytes, and the sodium I need so I don’t feel like I will pass out. The taste is amazing on almost all of the flavors as well, you can’t really go wrong! It is a little pricey, but for me it is one of those products that is a must have. I try and stock up whenever Amazon has a sale on them, and that helps out. I also drink more water with these, so it’s a win win ;)

Liquid IV is a great product. I use it in a 24 ounce tumbler because it’s a little too strong for me at 16 ounces. That’s a good thing though.

The packets are very convenient, but instructions say to add to 16oz of water. This makes it way too sweet for my taste, so I use a 28oz bottle (empty gatorade or powerade), shake, and chill. There's no carbonation, thank goodness, and it really helps with hydration. Highly recommended!

This was recommended by a paramedic for my dad who was hospitalized for dehydration. Highly recommend.

This is a must if you work out or work hard physically! Works so well at helping to hydrate faster!
