OVERALL: 4/5Hero Supplements is a fairly new brand with only three products, as of this review, under their supplement line. They have a pre-workout, a testosterone booster and this pump product.KA-POW PUMPED is the first product under this brand I have ever tried. It is a a decent value pump product that can help you increase your blood flow and improve your overall pump in the gym. It’s label is not overly complicated but your required serving for an optimal pump may vary depending on your weight and tolerance. Overall this product is good and would be a nice start pump product for anyone.PROFILE: 4/5KA-POW PUMPED, like most pump igniters contains very typical pump ingredients like L-Citrulline, Agmatine Sulfate and L-Norvaline. The combination of L-Citrullline (which promotes the production of nitric oxide (NO) in your blood stream by converting to arginine in the kidneys which increases NO levels) and L-Norvaline (when your body creates NO from arginine it also creates an enzyme putting a ceiling on the amount of NO produced - L-Norvaline inhibits this ceiling) allows for amazing pumps when dosed correctly. This product is dosed fairly well so it can be used by a multitude of lifters. The L-Citrulline is at 2g which optimal levels, per studies, may be around 6g per day, so getting 2g at once is 33% of your intake. L-Norvaline, per studies, should be supplemented between 100-200mg - this product has 100mg. The 500mg of Agmatine Sulfate is on the lower side, but Agmatine Sulfate allows for you to push through pain thresholds and helps the production of NO in your blood stream.​KA-POW PUMPED also include Hydromax which allows your muscles to store water and promote blood flow. This is typically dosed at a 1:1 ratio so it actually comes in 1000mg less than L-Citrulline but I wouldn't be too worried about that. This is an added bonus to have this ingredient in this product.EFFECTIVENESS: 4/5I have never experienced increased vascularity from any pump product, this one included. However my muscles were more “full” after lifts which does translate into this product being productive. In full transparency I did end up having to use two scoops of this to get a really good pump. This allowed me to get 1g of Agmatine Sulfate which improved my pumps.I believe someone who has not dabbled in some hardcore pre-workouts and pump products that one scoop would be plenty. It is important to note that this is not a pre-workout, it is a pump igniter meaning it should be taken with a pre-workout. Overall the effectiveness of the product was good for producing a sizable pump with two scoops for me. One scoop did product a pump, just not as nicely as two scoops.TASTE: N/AFlavor: UnflavoredKA-POW PUMPED is flavorless. Typically when a company says their product is flavorless there is still a "poor" taste to the product. Not with KA-POW PUMPED. Although I do not recommend taking this as a standalone product, as it should be mixed with a pre-workout, there really is no taste to it. I would just mix it with my morning pre-workout and it never had an effect on the taste of the pre-workout. With no artificial flavoring or colors this really is a true flavorless product.MIXABILITY: 4/5KA-POW PUMPED mixes very easily. I would mix KA-POW PUMPED with my pre-workout drink. No clumps or residue left over after shaking it up in a Blender Bottle.VALUE: 4/5KA-POW PUMPED is a good value pump ignitor supplement. Typically pump ignitors run around $30 (or more) for 30 servings but this product comes in around $25 for 30 servings. It is a straight shooting, transparent product that gets you what you need at a good price. No proprietary blends so you know exactly what you're paying for.

I don't normally give reviews but I wanted to with this product. I have taken a ton of NO products and this one by FAR has given me the best Pump! I almost look like I'm juicing when I am working out....No joke! Now the problem...ever since I have been taken this my stomach has been out of sorts. Many more trips to the bathroom it seems! I have not been taking anything else new so I am thinking it is this product. Unfortunately I have to stop taking it. But if it doesn't bother your stomach it's a fabulous Pump product. By the way I was taking two scoops 30 min before working out.

So as the reviews and the container state that it gives amazing pumps, massive veins, and training like a hero. Straight up this product tastes like crap so it defiantly needs to be mixed with something else. I needed two scoops and half a scoop of karbolic in order to get the massive puma and smooth energy. I only take pump agents when I cycle off pre-workouts so would I buy this again... Probably not because it take two scoops in order to feel the desired affect and the price is just too high for that but it does work.

Great pump! I bought this product because the pump was the focus and not the stimulants.The flavor is easily masked by any drink with it's own flavor. Especially one you intend to chug. Mixes well enough to be added to a preworkout.The only complaint would be the chalky texture, though this was somewhat expected.I have already ordered a second time and I am confident that I will be ordering this product again in the future.

What can I say, this product helped me achieve a great pump. While this product doesn't necessarily have the best taste or texture, the product itself works. Yes, it states that it is flavorless but you can still taste it. If you are seeking to obtain that muscular volume and pump, try this product out. I believe you will be satisfied as I am.

Just ordered this should be here tomorrow looking forward to it ka-pow supplements is top notch and has helped me in my journey love the fact this is stim free so when I hit the gym late I know that I won't be up all night and still get an amazing pump also. Update 8/28/16 Had my first scoop of ka-pow pumped very impressed with it absolutely no flavor or bitter taste with in 10 minutes or so into my workout I started to get a very sweet vain popping vascularity followed by insane pump definitely noticed muscle fullness this product would be awesome for some to use before a contest now I want to stack it with the anabolic pre workout for the intense energy and skin ripping pumps

Great add on to my pre workout. I noticed a bit of an incress in my total reps after the first few days using this product. I will be purchasing again!

This product really seems to allow me to workout harder - giving me the drive and energy to do more reps and more sets.I haven’t found another product that gives my muscles the pump and vascularity that I get when I use this stuff
