BIC doesn't leak
Used this pen in the past as a gift. Purchased more because I was impressed with the quality of the pen and it does not leak!

Too many DOA/duds (dead in arrival) pens in the box.
Some of the pens worked. Too many did not. Dunno why because we've used these pens before.

Bad packaging
Product is good but very unhappy that when I opened the shipping bag the box holding the pens was all ripped up. Seems like some one should have noticed. Just saying.
