These pelvic blocks are wonderful.. light weight, durable, and comfortable.

Excellent
These are excellent for blocking your pelvis. They have relieved some sciatic pain from a twisted pelvis (I had an xray done). I have done alot of sitting during the past 10 years and used bad posture. People don't sit too much, it can mess you up. Also, sit correctly when you do which is on your sit bones and use lumbar support! I use them every day now and will continue to until my pelvis is back in alignment. I block my pelvis under my right SI joint and then on my left sit bone while laying on my back kiddie corner. This was recommended by my chiropractor. I had one side of my pelvis rotated anterior and the other side posterior. The only issue is the black rubber on the bottom of the blocks is now coming off a bit from the foam, but I'll just glue it back.

My chiropractor told me to get some of these, so I did. Find out later, these are the same ones she uses. They work for what they work for - help me keep my hips square to my spine. One minute every night using these and I am good to go.
