Good stuff inside

It’s pretty tough to tell if a vitamin is working, so I’ll just share my experience overall.Have been using Mary Ruth vitamins for years for my family and kids. The quality is always excellent, and the formulas appear to be consistent.The flavors are fine and the texture is good enough that my kids don’t turn their nose up at these.We use their multivitamin daily, and add in things like vitamin D, vitamin C, and zinc based on the seasons.The whole family is pretty darn resilient and rarely catches a cold or anything, and when they do, I feel like we get over it pretty quickly.Overall, very happy with the Mary Roof family of products. Nothing is wrong

I been buying this product for my kids, but their pediatrician said to me not to given them vitamin k2 ,just the vitamin D3 so I won't be buying it again.she said is not good to give them both together
