It’s pretty tough to tell if a vitamin is working, so I’ll just share my experience overall.Have been using Mary Ruth vitamins for years for my family and kids. The quality is always excellent, and the formulas appear to be consistent.The flavors are fine and the texture is good enough that my kids don’t turn their nose up at these.We use their multivitamin daily, and add in things like vitamin D, vitamin C, and zinc based on the seasons.The whole family is pretty darn resilient and rarely catches a cold or anything, and when they do, I feel like we get over it pretty quickly.Overall, very happy with the Mary Roof family of products. Good stuff inside the bottle!

The kids say it taste too sweet but still take it easily. Or easy to slip into their water also for them to just swallow.

I been buying this product for my kids, but their pediatrician said to me not to given them vitamin k2 ,just the vitamin D3 so I won't be buying it again.she said is not good to give them both together

Bought this for my daughter to be able to keep up with Vitamins. She loved it and how easy she swallowed it as I can add it to her bottle of water was great. She loved the taste and drank it with ease.
