It said on the jar if used on meat to marinate for one hour but I decided to try to last minute on some chicken I was grilling. I just smeared some paste on my chicken that had been coated in olive oil and Mediterranean spices and it came out so delicious! It tasted like gourmet restaurant style chicken. I love it and can’t wait to try it in my recipes!

Excellent harissa. Way better than Cap Bon ! Full of flavor and punch. I mix it with my organic mayo for the perfect spread/dipping sauce/condiment.

Overall, it's a good product and I can see how others might enjoy it, but it's probably not the right fit for someone like me. I found the flavor to be quite strong and distinct. Honestly, a bit too much for my taste. It came across as overpowering rather than enjoyable, which made it hard for me to appreciate. While it might work well for people who prefer bold flavors, I tend to lean toward something more subtle and mild.

This has real heat, a flavorful paste that’s great on so many foods. If you’re not in the mood for much heat, mix some into soup, or w yogurt to use as a veggie topping.

This harissa paste is excellent and spicy, no complaints on quality. Really appreciate that this shipped with no plastic in the box - cardboard box and a very secure cardboard padding product
