Are these durable for dishwashing? Do they resist cuts/nicks from knives?

I've been using them for washing dishes since the end of April, 2019. So far, no cuts or nicks from knives; however, I try to be very careful when washing them. I like these much better than the unlined, regular Playtex gloves I've been using for years. Nicer feel and so much easier to yank off when the phone rings. I wouldn't go back to unlined. I recommend them.

I don't know what size to get. My hands are a bit inflamed, but they are not large. L regular dish gloves are too large. M can be too snug depending.

I bought these gloves in a small because. I usually wear a medium but everything is big lately. I bought a medium in another glove fro Amazon and they fell off my hands. These gloves, the Lanon, are perfect.

Are these gloves powder-free?
