Great for value. Having this for the spare straps while waiting for original to deliver. Fit ok. Not soft or flexible as Fitbit straps but nothing wrong to use it

looks like an original (except for the missing Fit bit logo on the small loop thing...just keep the old one!)Feels like an original (not light or stiff or weird)Fits and performs like an original (secure fit, doesn't flex doesn't fall off).If it lasts half as long as the original strap (which broke in under 1 year) then I'm over the moon.

It simply doesn't work with our model of Fitbit Charge 4, unclear if there are some distinctions within the Fitbit Charge 4 that may explain the issues. It should not be sold with a description that is not true. As such it presents zero value for the money or comfort if it cannot be worn. I don't even understand what is the use for any mobile app here.

My husband broke the strap on his Fitbit didn’t think we would get a match so wasn’t expecting anything like the real one ,couldn’t believe wen it arrived perfect in every way same colour,pattern,and thickness can’t tell he difference thinking about ordering a another one in a different colour can’t fault it

Surprised that this actually is of good quality and does not come apart.The material is actually a bit harder that the genuine Fitbit straps but still flexible and i think might actually last longer.Good price and never came apart.

My original Fitbit strap snapped so I ordered this one. It arrived a day early which was great.I ordered the Sand pink with sand pink strap and it looks great on. I'm so pleased and will definitely order another colour to mix and match.

Great compared to the £20 fitbit strap. It's comfortable but the holes in the strap are in different places to the original Fitbit strap which takes a bit of getting used to as my device is now looser on my wrist than before but overall I'm happy with this replacement

Colour is no where near the same as what is pictured. Seller image shows metallic flecks in the material and a higher quality finish on the buckle. This is just a cheap flat colour.
