This pan is thin and dents easily. Glad I paid 60 dirhams, any more and I’d have given it a lower rating. The none stick is great though.

I purchased this 11" after using the 9.5" version for several months. If you do not over heat it or use metallic spatulas it should last a long time. Be sure it’s clean before using each time. If you let water dry on it, it may create a film that allows food to stick when cooking.

This is this best thing since sliced bread! Nothing sticks. Eggs, pancakes, whatever. My porridge pan always had to go in soak, with this just a quick rinse!!! Anything that doesn't get boiled, now gets cooked in this. I bought 2. Will save up for the oven trays next.

Truly non-stick and probably the only health-safe non-stick option currently available in the market. Do not heat empty pan and do not use on high heat unless the pan contains enought water/oil to completely cover the bottom.
