Has helped my mom feel rested but hasn’t helped my boyfriend much.

I like this tea for just relaxing. I can sit back and expect to feel those qualities of relaxation.

This is my favorite tea, I buy it over and over.

I drank one cup of this tea, immediately fell asleep on my couch, and didn’t wake up for 9 full days! My family actually became worried about me because I slept through all attempts to contact me — phone, door bell, loud banging, psychic medium — nothing woke me from my delightful slumber. Added bonus: not eating for 9 days helped me lose a lot of weight. I highly recommend this tea if you want to be rested and sleep well. Not ideal if you need to drive, have children or pets, or if you have a job. Also, try putting on an adult diaper before drinking the tea — your body will empty itself of waste at some point during a week or more of sleep.

This is the best herbal tea I've had! We don't have a Trader Joes near us and being able to get it on Amazon is great!

I enjoyed drinking this tea but don't expect it to put you to sleep. While it didn't hurt I don't think it helped either.
