I’ll never get bored of reading books by Dr Andy. It’s like having a witty after dinner debate. Expect to be playfully challenged on your ideas of leadership. Some crucial takeaways points - I won’t spoil it because I think EVERY leader should read this book not just the review… but prepare for the fact that leadership isn’t about making people do stuff. It’s about understanding what gets people excited about doing stuff. Far more effective. Please read this book.

Easy read but full of great insights

A real easy read...funny too. Has some really good practical tips though

A helpful, common-sense approach to leadership based on sound research. Humorous style might not suit all - but there is a lot of serious and useful content in this book.
