Slept on water bed for 30 + years. Physical therapist said worst thing I could do for hips (both replaced) and back. Condisdering the price and quality this is outstanding. Can be set to desired firmness (I use 17). The demensions fit right into my waterbed fram. Service is great. Pump did not work on one side (have a dual Cal King). Called and new pump was here the next day. No questions asked. They paid for return of old pump. Manufacturer suggest 120 days of use to get accustomed. It does take a little adjusting after so many years on a waterbed. I love it.

I have had it for a few months now and no problems. Easy to set up. Took me solo 1-1.5 hours. Works just like the higher priced brand. The two bladders fit tight against each other in the middle so unless one side's setting is vastly different than the other side, you don't notice the difference between sides whil eon the middle.
