One high, one low. Because i usually need to change to different pillow after a period of time. Otherwise, i would have a headach. And this memory pillow is so smart. I can adjust it from high to low. Cool! The bamboo fabric is very soft and breathable, and the skin feels comfortable on it. And one side of the pillow has a zipper, which can easily take out the pillow core. The quality of the zipper is also very good, which makes it easy to pull up. I slept on it all these days, it can back to the original shape easily. So I think it's well worth buying.

I purchased the two pack for my daughter when she moved into her first apartment. I helped her move in and slept over the first night-experiencing this pillow myself...I am 54 years old and have never, ever, ever slept on a more comfortable pillow-just zhuzh it up fairly aggressively when you take it out of the wrapper and it is firm, but not too firm, a little sinky-just the perfect amount, and very easy to adjust during the night if you change positions frequently. LOVE IT

They are not small size for kids so make sure you're adult before you buy it. Very soft and made of cool materials. I read the "BE CAREFUL” and only machine washed the outlier part. There will have a smell so I recommend to set it under the sunlight then it'll be very warm and smells good too. Quite big for my twin size bed so another one was used as a back chair pillow and nothing bad can be told.

I bought these pillows a few weeks ago. After I slept on this pillow for a while, I found that I really didn't buy it wrong. Its height and softness are just all right. I fell very comfortable after waking up. I really recommend to buy this pillow.

Adjusted form volume and was perfect. I have had 2 cervical surgeries and comfort is amazing.

I have never had this kind of pillow before, but my spouse has been trouble waking up with neck and shoulder aches and pains, and I thought I'd give new pillows a try.These are great for both of us. I need extra elevation for my head because of GERD, and this one pillow replaced two pillows for me. The filling has give, but doesn't really shift and move away from supporting my head the way other pillow fill does. Once I have it positioned right, that's how it is, and I love it. For the record, I generally side-sleep, but sometimes wake up in my back, and the pillow is great either way.My spouse also replaced multiple pillows with this one pillow. It supports his head and neck without pushing his head too far (which his pile of pillows was doing). He is happy with his pillow for the same reasons I am happy with mine.Another sell for me was knowing that I can remove fill if I want. I have not wanted to, but I have opened it up to fluff it when I first opened it. It's nice to be able to do that as needed. I would buy this again.

Exactly as the title says, this is an excellent pillow at an excellent price.The packaging is more than a little concerning, as the two pillows arrived compressed into a tight sleeve not even large enough for what you'd expect a single pillow to fit down into. Within minutes of taking them out of the packaging, however, they quickly inflated into their full size, which fits a queen-sized pillowcase perfectly.The pillows come in two cases; an outer, machine-washable bamboo case, and an inner cotton case that holds the stuffing. It had a bit of a factory smell, but after washing the outer cases and letting the pillows sit for two days, this went away. As promised, the pillow themselves are quite cool, even for a hot sleeper like myself, and they're completely adjustable, so they're comfortable whether I choose to sleep on my side or my back, as I frequently switch between the two. Since the pillows expand to fill the cases, I've found that I have very little issue with my pillowcases slipping off the pillows, which is an added plus, for someone that likes satiny pillow cases.The only real downside to these is that there is a factory smell to them, when they first arrive, as well as the fact that the entire pillow isn't machine washable.

I was hesitant at first because they come vacuum packed & VERY VERY flat! I thought there’s no way they will fluff up. As per the directions I opened it up, manually fluffed the pillow & stuck them in the dryer for about 30 min(it says 5-10 but I was fixing supper & forgot about it). They were HUGE! I sleep very hot & was doubtful but that was dismissed when I fell asleep! No readjusting my pillow or moving another one under it for more support. I am a stomach/side sleeper & this pillow is AWESOME! I have a memory foam pillow & it sinks & is hot. The shredded foam has made all the difference. If you’re on the fence about this, do it! You won’t regret it & the price for two pillows is hard to beat!!

I had high hopes for these pillows and thought I'd give them a try. After doing so for a couple of night and a number of occasions, I can now say that they are simply not for me.They are pretty high and quite firm (which can be adjusted by removing some of the filling) but all in all, turns out I am just not a fan of memory foam.For me, it's a weird feeling of the pillow slowly adjusting to my head but once you move your head, you're faced with the previous shape being quite uncomfortable for your new position.I did not notice any cooling effect whatsoever - if anything, it was the opposite in my case.Your mileage may vary but they are just not for me. I'll keep them as guest pillows or for back support.

They do have a chemical smell at first and they came with instructions before using them: fluffing them in the dyer for a good 30 minutes and airing them outside by or a window for many hours.I had very high hopes for these pillows. Disappointed that they flatten quickly (previous brand I had them for 2 years). I won't be buying these again when the time comes to change the pillows.

This pillow is really luxurious as described. I really like the adjustability of the shredded memory foam inside the pillow, so you can decrease it as desired. It comes filled with ample filling, which is generous. It is better than a fixed memory foam block as those can get softer in the most used spots (centre) of the pillow. You can simply fluff the pillow to the desired firmness you like as drift off nicely to sleep...

I'm really impressed by these pillows! They are soooo comfortable, it's like sleeping on a cloud. It was super easy to customize them to the height/density I wanted. They don't lose their firmness or shape throughout the night, and I haven't experienced any neck pain yet, which was an issue with my previous pillows.

First night i slept on this pillow, the next morning my neck was not sore. Love this pillow and the fact you can adjust the fluffyness. By adding or removing foam.
