Hot tub resistant.
My daughter is 9. Best choice ever for her. She left this watch on the hot tub lid, and it got dropped in without anyone realizing it. It was submerged in the hot tub for approx. 3 hours and is totally fine. Honestly- best choice I could have made for her for a contact device . So impressed.

Works great!
This watch ended up working out great! I was a little impatient because I either didn’t receive or missed tracking. After some confusion I received it at the promised time. It took forever for us to figure out how to connect this thing to my IPhone. There was some sort of syncing issue but once we figured it out, it’s been working great! Thank you!!!

Looks good. No visible damages
No scratches. Everything works. Connected to Family cellular service. Battery life could be better. Completely ran out of juice at the end of the day without even opening too much.

2023-2024Terrible Customer Service when at fault
FYI NO DAMAGES! First my niece watch from them had a faulty battery and we reported that within a month and they wouldn’t replace it so we had to get an outside to fix that and I did not say anything now my daughters watch has a software problem that I even contacted apple about and they said contact the seller only for the seller to AGAIN not replace it even though I went through the policy with a rep 2 others came and refused my replacement … and I’m saying something now. I’m not asking for no money back and the items have no damage and I’m returning your merchandise THE WORST EVER to bad you have to give a star period.

Great
Battery life is not great. Love the new Snoopy face. Had a 38mm that face cracked.Couldn't find another. 40 fit all my bands. Once you go to bed, its thinks your sleeping. I have to get-up a few times a night so not a good representation of my sleep.I do love my SE and fall detection if home alone.

Ordered same watch from another vendo
But they sent wrong watch 2x. This one is actually a real LTE cell ready device with no phone pairing needed. Bought for my kid so he can reach us but not play games or see porn. Works great. Looks new. Took awhile to get set up with our service due to loosing another watch and needing moms phone to approve phone numbers and calls. But Lordy I finally got what I needed. Pro tip the cell ready watches have a thin red ring on the dial/button on the side for quick reference.

update it
on the first day, it died within 3hrs but after the update, it lasts the whole day, at 57% when i go to bed
