Funster Word Search Book for Adults: 101 Large-Print Puzzles

Based on the photo, I think it’s safe to say that my mom is addicted to Charles Timmerman’s / Funster word search puzzle books! Mom LOVES these books - the topics are interesting, the print is large, the puzzles keep her mind active, and the price is super reasonable. I considered other large-print word search puzzle books, but using Amazon’s “Look Inside” feature, I learned that not all books which claim to be large-print are actually large-print. Charles Timmerman’s / Funster large print puzzle books are perfect in that regard – the font is clean and large, there’s just the right amount of space between letters in the grid, and the inside margins are large enough in case we want to tear off a few puzzles to take with us on the go. As an added bonus, we received some free puzzles by subscribing to the Funster website.

Turn the TV off and work your brain cells.

Very nice word search book with many pages, huge print and lightweight. My soon-to-be 97 yr old Grandmother in Assisted Living and mostly in bed with limited hand / arm mobility and vision is able to manage the book, see the text and circle the words. It's perfect for the elderly or anyone who doesn't wish to squint. The letters are about as big as your thumbnail roughly and dark / black against a light background.

Love it I absolutely love this Funster Word Search Book for Adults! The large-print puzzles make it easy for me to see and the variety of themes keeps it interesting. The quality of the book is top-notch with thick pages that don't bleed through when I use a pen. It's the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good word search challenge!

Non challanging.

I got this as a gift for a friend who does a lot of word finds. She tells me these are not simple just because the print is large. There are some that take her days to do, and other's that are easy. A good range, and easier on aging eyes.

Purchased this for my 92 year old mother with poor vision. She is having to spend more time sitting, and it's hard for her, so I though something like this might help (as well as coloring books). She was happy to receive this, the large print is sufficient for her poor vision, and the words used are interesting and varied.

This book is about the size of a spiral notebook which is great (I was nervous) and the letters are large print with a decent amount of space between them. I got this for my grandmother because she loves word searches but they are too small most times (she’s 83) and she loved this! I got her a pack of highlighters too so she can strike through instead of circling. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.

Bought this for my mother who is in lockdown in her assisted living home due to the virus. She loves doing word search. I ordered 4 different word search books at the beginning of April but so far only this one has shown up the others are not due till May. I love the large print and have thought about ordering myself one as well as my eyesight is not the best anymore. Came quickly and is a nice size. should give my mother something to pass the time in lockdown.

This is such a lovely easy word search book..........I love the themes on each page and they are alphabetical too.....plus large bold print !

With our senior mom at 84yo, she still really enjoys these puzzles and found this book to be great for her. Large size font makes it easy and enjoyable once again!!!
