Initially there was a problem because a part (the black chain-holding wheel) was missing but the supplier immediately sent out another package that was complete. Very swift and very good service.The tool itself is well made of good materials that are also well-finished. It functions exactly as described and does make it easier to clean and lubricate a chain that remains on the bike rather than being split and taken off for a deep clean. When the wheel and its disc is off the bike and the application of a cleaner/lubricator is made to the rotating chain, there's far less chance of contamination of the disc.

Excellent item, I bought this to replace a 10 years old Parktool one. Yea I can notice the build quality and material choices not on par but for the price I think it’s hard to beat.

Prodotto ottimo e molto robusto.Funziona perfettamente ed è completo di tutto, compreso lo spessore per tenere aperte le pastiglie del freno a disco posteriore.Ho letto nelle varie recensioni che sarebbe troppo corto per essere montato nella forcella posteriore, ma non deve essere montato come si farebbe normalmente con una ruota, deve essere agganciato solamente alla forcella di destra dove c’è il cambio. Allego foto.Super consigliato.

Sehr einfach in der Nutzung. Kettenreiniger dadurch sehr viel angenehmer, da sie sich auch ohne Hinterrad drehen lässt
